I just edited this photo and fell in love!! Their joy is so contagious. You want to jump in that limo and celebrate with them. They are so excited to know they get to ENJOY the rest of their LIVES together!
As I was looking through my pictures, I came to this one and knew it was THE one! This is my wonderful, amazing, perfect son. Oh Gosh, is he a ham. You'd never guess that in a million years looking at this picture, would you ;) ? He was jammin' on his piano one day when I snapped this shot of him. I love it so much, I have it in a 16x20 on my wall at home. So, what do you think?

It's been a little while since I entered, but when I saw the theme I couldn't resist. This pictures screams "Tickled Pink"!! I love that it is a such a special moment between mother and daughter. Only God knows what they might face in the years to come, but I pray they will keep their laughter!
But Mommy......I don't LIKE vegetables!!!! This is my from my son's 1-year-old shoot. This picture cracks me up, because it is so real. How dare I take his picture in front of a health food store, no matter how interesting the building, Ha! And how can you resist those two teeth sticking up from the bottom?
I had the hardest time choosing which photo to enter. I had so many beautiful, intimate shots of mothers with their children. In the end, I decided to go with the picture that was most unique. Now I can't take all the credit for it. My husband actually took the picture, I did the editing. This picture is of me with my little girl. We are decorating a Traditional King Cake for Mardi Gras, and having a blast together!!! While I love our intimate moments, and will miss them terribly when she gets too old to crawl in my lap. I take much comfort in knowing that we will she will NEVER be too old to have fun with me. I pray our bond stays strong!
What is softer and sweeter than baby chicks? Not much. And this little girl was mesmerized. Her eyes say it all, and the chicks were such good sports to stand there nicely and pose :)
This is from a very recent photo shoot. There is nothing like standing on the beach, with the wind blowing through your hair. However, little C, was hungry! He did not care anything about the beach at that point. He only wanted food. Sometimes the most imperfect pictures are the best. What a fun memory this will be for this sweet family!

Ok, so my entry has one face, but it's a super cute one! I shot this picture just a couple of days ago with a, sort of, "yours, mine, and ours" crew, They are a beautiful blended family and I was honored to capture some images of their wonderful bond.
This week's challenge is to raise awareness of heart disease. Heart disease has affected several members of my family, so it is close to my heart. Here my little girl is raising Red balloons. Please join us in the fight. Raise Your Red Balloons and Raise Awareness!!!
This week's theme is hearts. I had lots of ideas floating through my head. Some, good......Some, not so good (Just ask my husband). Sometimes the execution of those ideas is what gets me into trouble, HA! In the end, this is what I came up with, and I'm pretty well pleased :)
