Lakeshore High School Prom...{New Orleans, LA Northshore - Children and Family Photographer}

Lakeshore High School is only in its second year of existence.  Since they only brought in freshman and sophomores to begin with, this year was the first year for Jr./Sr. Prom.  I was giddy when a mom contacted me about taking pictures of her daughter and friends for this special occasion!  What a fun moment to capture!

I was so anxious to meet this little guy.  His mommy contacted me when she found out she was expecting, and I was just waiting on that special call to say he had made his arrival.  When I asked about the family's interests, I found out Dad was a firefighter.  I could go on and on about how special this shoot was, but I'll let you judge for yourself!!!

A sweet set of twins and a gorgeous big sister at their historic home in the heart of downtown Hammond....What more could I ask for???  My clients spoil me.  What can I say ;)  Bankston Family,  I hope to do it again REAL soon!

Welcome Baby Jamie

I've already introduced my adorable nephew to you.  Now I get to introduce my beautiful niece.  Boy, is she a DOLL!!!  I was so fortunate to get to meet her at just 12 hours old, and I have even had the privilege of babysitting her already.  My brother is one proud Daddy and I am just thrilled for he and Trista.  Welcome to the world Jamie!!!

I had the honor of photographing one of the sweetest families I know!!  Their youngest daughter was in from New York, so it was the perfect opportunity to capture a few special moments.  This family has smiles of gold and are a joy to photograph.  Thank you Ethridges for the privilege of photographing your beautiful family!

But Mommy......I don't LIKE vegetables!!!!  This is my from my son's 1-year-old shoot.  This picture cracks me up, because it is so real.  How dare I take his picture in front of a health food store, no matter how interesting the building, Ha!  And how can you resist those two teeth sticking up from the bottom?
